Billing Support

GetModel bookings are secured with a deposit at the time of confirmation, with the balance due after check-in. We support major credit cards and select stablecoin payments for eligible bookings.

A receipt is issued for every completed booking. If a charge looks incorrect, contact us with your booking reference below and we'll review it within two business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days — see our Refund Policy for full details.
